Job Description:

As an “ERP Support” Intern, you will be in charge in an “ERP Team” for an “ERP Product” that have been used by our company. We’ve been using Odoo/OpenERP as our ERP Platform. For your activities will include but not limited to:

  • Support finance team for monthly closing process.
  • Support finance team for reporting process.
  • Support procurement team for procurement process.
  • Support ERP Functional team for better a documentation process

This position is suitable for those who are comfortable working with data, detail oriented, aiming to get things done seamlessly and organized.


Requirements:

  • 3rd/4th year student or fresh graduate with zero or less than 1-year experience.
  • Preferred background but not limited to: Information System/Business/Economics (Accounting major is preferable).
  • Knowledge of, or experience working with Accounting System is a plus.
  • Passionate in administrative things. 
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Highly motivated and would love to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to come to the office 5 days per week and shift (09:00-18:00 or 13:00-22:00).
  • Has good communication skills both in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Docs, Google Sheets (*G Suite products).
